Subhasis Mohanty is the Vice President for India and the Middle East at Normet, bringing over two decades of leadership experience across industrial, energy, and infrastructure sectors. An Indian national, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Marketing, combining strong technical foundations with strategic commercial expertise.
He joined Normet in 2020 and has since played a key role in strengthening regional business performance and market development. He was a member of the Normet Leadership Team from 2020 to 2023 and has been part of the Extended Leadership Team since 2024, contributing to strategic direction and long-term growth initiatives across the region.
Prior to joining the company, Subhasis Mohanty held senior leadership roles at Sandvik between 2014 and 2020, including global commercial responsibilities in Parts & Services and serving as Business Line Manager for Parts & Services and Rock Tools in India. Earlier, he led business development and regional operations at Hindustan Colas from 2009 to 2014. His career also includes multiple roles at Reliance Industries and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation, where he built deep expertise in large-scale operations, commercial strategy, and stakeholder management.
Jayant is an accomplished Senior executive with over 20 years of experience in diverse segments like Consumer Durables, Healthcare, and Textile Services. Jayant is currently the Managing Director at Lindstrom Services India Pvt Ltd, the leading textile Service Provider in India. Previously, he has held management positions at companies like LG Electronics, IFB, and Hindustan Latex Limited.
Over two decades, he has developed a deep customer understanding by building relationships across different business sectors, multiple geographies, and functions. He is passionate about People Development through ‘We Care Leadership’ and Sustainability.

Mr. Sanjay Aggarwal is a senior energy-sector executive with nearly four decades of experience across conventional power, renewable energy, infrastructure and electric mobility. He currently serves as Advisor to Fortum Energy Holdings B.V., Chairman of Fortum Charge & Drive India, Director and Advisory Board Member at Resolven, an EQT-backed renewable energy company, and Board Member of Assam Bio Ethanol Private Limited.
He previously served as President and Managing Director of Fortum India Private Limited, where he led the company’s India business across renewable energy and e-mobility and worked closely with industry and policy stakeholders.
Prior to Fortum, he was Chief of Projects at Tata Power, with responsibility for project development and project management across coal, waste gas, hydro, combined heat and power, and coal mining projects.
Over his career, he has held leadership roles with Indian and global energy companies and brings experience in strategy, project development, investments, operations and energy transition. He is an alumnus of Delhi College of Engineering, where he majored in Mechanical Engineering and specialised in Power Plant Practice and Automobile Engineering.

Prior to KONE, he was an Executive Vice President at JCB India, leading Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Corporate Affairs. He has also held senior roles at CNH Global across Asia Pacific and began his career with Larsen & Toubro.
Amit currently serves as Co-Chair of the CII National Committee on Real Estate & Housing, Chairman of the Finland Chamber of Commerce in India, and represents IEEMA as Chairman for the Elevators & Escalators Division. He has previously led multiple industry bodies, including CII’s Urban Development and Smart Cities Committee and the Indian Construction Equipment Manufacturers Association.
Vibha Mehra serves as India Country Manager at Nokia, where she leads the company’s strategic presence in one of its most critical markets. In this role, she is responsible for driving communications and public affairs, strengthening government engagement, and enhancing Nokia’s external positioning. She also oversees India site strategy, key people initiatives, and corporate social responsibility, reinforcing Nokia’s reputation as a trusted and responsible technology leader.
With over 27 years of experience in the technology sector, Vibha brings deep expertise across strategy, government business, and operational leadership. Prior to joining Nokia, she held senior leadership roles at global organizations including Microsoft, Tata Consultancy Services, Wipro, Intel, and General Electric.
